Neighbor below had a dog that barked a lot. Advertised as having laundry facility but non of the machines worked. Although it is very close to TCU campus, residents did not appear to be students. Living room sofa needs to be replaced. For my purpose, the property was fine but the entire property needs to be updated and cleaned.
