Very clean and charming house! It’s bigger than it looks! We had plenty of room to spread out! Kitchen is stocked with everything you need! Host left water bottles and snacks! Covered parking was nice especially in the Texas heat! Plenty of towels and bathroom is bigger than it looks in the photos! We had plenty of hot water for showers! Beds and pillows are comfortable! AC worked well during the 105 degree heat!Home is decorated with local art and has many of the original beautiful architectural elements! We were in walking distance to attend TCU football game!

The place was really awesome. We wanted a place close to Ft Worth downtown to do things. But the location was even better being next to TCU and all the things around it. Everything we pretty much needed was in the house. We would definitely get this place again.

Property was as described. Easy check in, good communication with host. It is on a fairly busy street, so there was a lot of road noise which could bother some people.

Our 3rd stay here. Location is excellent, about 2 blocks from edge of TCU campus. It's an older home and that shows, but it's generally updated very well. We anticipate staying here on future visits.
