This unit has a comfortable living room with sofa sleeper and flat screen TV. Kitchen has been upgraded with tile countertops, range, refrigerator and microwave for your convenience.
Bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and plenty of storage. In addition, there is a full bathroom with tub / shower combination.
Walk outside and enjoy the newly renovated deck and boat dock area. A great place for enjoying a quiet moment or watching for dolphins.

Plenty of onsite parking.

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.

Wonderful place to stay!
We loved our stay here! The apartment was adorable and well equipped with everything we needed for our month long stay. The location was amazing and the outside dock was a pleasant relaxation spot at the end of the day.
Having Publix in walking distance helped too! :) We hope to make this our Clearwater home away from home when we travel!

The property was small but yet comfy. We loved to be able to walk to the store, deli and restaurants. We also enjoyed the pier sitting at the tables and enjoying the view. We had wonderful weather which was spent being outside.
