The floor hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The coffee mugs and silverware had to be washed before use. Those are the only negatives I had with the unit. Location can’t be better .

Not sure what you are talking about. The floors are always swept and mopped before each guest. Dishware that gets used by previous guests must be washed by them or else they get a poor review. I have never seen any dirty dishes in the cupboard but I can tell you I always wash dishes myself at any vacation site for my own peace of mind. Just a good practice.

We had no idsues the entire 8 days we stayed! Great restaurants, bars & entertainment were brief walks in both directions on the S Gulfvirw Dr side of the hotel.
