The property was very good the only recommendations I would say was maybe have at least a couple Tvs in the bedroom

Upon arrival we learned the house was located in a very undesirable neighborhood. The house right next door had a green velour couch on the front porch, barking dogs in neighboring yard, numerous appliances in front and back yard, such as washers and dryers, a bottle of what appears to be urine was left in the front yard, neighbors house had black iron bars on windows. Police were at a house in the middle of the street conducting some kind of stop. We heard what we believed to be a gun shot in very close proximity the 2nd night. Floors were not swept and multiple window sills were very dirty, several bug traps located throughout house on the floors. We did not feel safe the entire time. We saw what appeared to be a person passed out on the ground on our way back to the house on the 2nd night. This is not a neighborhood one would want to stay in.
