Let us know your dates—we’ve got the sunshine, you bring the fun! Our condo offers 3 bedrooms which includes 2 twin beds and 2 queen beds and 2 full bathrooms. All bedrooms have TVs. This spot is perfect for a tranquil retreat as you are only 1,000ft from the ocean and still can enjoy all the community has to offer. After a sun filled day at the beach come back and relax on the spacious screened in porch that overlooks one of the beautiful pools. Enjoy amenities that include 6 pools, hot tubs, multiple gas grills , tennis courts and fitness center along with the game room during your stay. We tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable including a well-stocked kitchen to cook, games to play and even pool towels if you choose. Storage closet includes beach wagon, chairs, cooler and toys. A starter pack will be provided that includes toilet paper, paper towel roll, garbage bag, soap and even some light snacks. Freshly made beds with clean linens, bath towels and kitchen towels are included in the cleaning fee. You will be 2 blocks from Main Street and can walk to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Tanger Outlets, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Barefoot Landing, Greg Rowles Legacy Theater, Broadway at the Beach are also close. So much to see and do. Non-Smoking condo, Pets not allowed according to HOA. Motorcycles, Trailers and RVS not allowed due to HOA. 2 car maximum. NO towels or clothing hung from the balcony. This complex is family oriented. No students or student groups . No golf cart rentals, Must be 25yrs of age to rent. Things you need to bring, Pool towels if you choose not to use ours. We ask you to launder pool towels with detergent that is provided. Personal hygiene products like shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Additional paper towels and garbage bags that you need after your starter pack.
