Located on the ground floor, the condo offers a king bed, complimentary in condo wifi, full kitchen, washer/dryer and AC for your convenience. Well appointed condo with island decor and property amenities will help you relax and unwind and make your vacation stay truly enjoyable.

Part of 'The Landings at Tres Cocos' family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team which can assist you as needed. Our goal is to ensure you have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation while enjoying all that San Pedro and Belize have to offer.

there was construction going on next door, but the sliders must be Cat 5 rated as we didn't hear a thing. Great location just north of the bridge. Would stay there again. Everyone was very helpful.

We loved this condo and its location. We are hoping to come back next year! It was quiet, even with the construction going on next-door as you could not hear anything from inside the condo and they were very accommodating and offered the use of the other two pools on the property. We came in earlier than we thought and were met with open arms and one of the gentlemen even took our luggage to the condo. It was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. The communication was great and if we needed something, all of the hosts were very quick to respond.

We loved our time here. Super comfortable bed. Amazing views, close to town or outskirts. Secret beach, or go North for beautiful private drive down the beach towards Margaritaville.

The stay at the condo was exceptional! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in to see if anything was needed. The pool was a perfect oasis after hot days, and the quiet surroundings made for a truly relaxing experience. The amenities were top-notch: cold A/C, a comfortable bed, a well-stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. It truly felt like a home away from home. We look forward to returning!

Perfect Vacation Spot

Everything was as described in the listing or better! The kitchen was well stocked with useful items, Brittany and Mike were always available to help with our every need. We had them get day trip bookings for us and they turned out wonderfully. The whole experience was lovely and relaxing. I would definitely highly recommend The Landings and would love to stay there again.

Perfect Location. Great Amenities. Awesome Property Managers

This was our first time to San Pedro, so we were not sure about where to stay. After spending nearly a week on the island, we could not have picked a better location. Just on the other side of the bridge that connect you to downtown, so you are a little outside of all the business but close enough to walk. The condo was perfect for me and my wife. We had more than enough space. It was much bigger than we expected. We could have even brought the kinds (but we won't tell them that). The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked too which is always appreciated. Brittany and the property management team were super helpful. Communication was great. They were extremely helpful. I loved that they took care of our flight and booking our excursion. They picked us up from the airport and gave us a tour. It made the trip very easy. Love this place!

An amazing location on a beautiful island. Brittany and Mike were VERY responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning in the future. The only caveat is the building next door was under construction. Once that's complete, I can't see anything stopping us from returning.

We could not have had a better stay! Brittany and Mike picked us up from the airport and we got a quick island tour. The property is beautiful! We basically had our own private pool as it is off season. The sargassum was bad on some days, but it’s to be expected. The condo had everything you need to cook, and some extras we found like decks of cards. Perfect location, as it’s super close to the bridge. We cannot wait to come back!!
