Split floor plan with 3 Spacious Bedrooms. Queen bed in Master. 2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed, 3rd bedroom - 2 full size beds. Family Room room that opens to the fully stocked eat-in kitchen. Separate 2nd living room with a queen size sleeper sofa. Beautiful new pool with spacious covered lanai with lots of seating and outdoor tv.
