The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo designed for easy city stays. The private bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed with crisp linens and a smart TV, while the living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa to accommodate two more guests. The full bathroom includes an oversized single vanity with a stone countertop and a shower/tub combo—great for getting ready for a night out or winding down after a day exploring Nashville.

You’ll have in-home essentials like Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer (located in the bedroom closet), plus the convenience of on-site garage parking and additional street parking. The building includes an elevator, and there are interior stairs within the condo as well.

• Stairs/Elevator: Stairs are required within the condo. There is also a building elevator. It’s operated by building management and is typically available, but outages/maintenance are outside our control. If the elevator is unavailable, stairs will be required.

• Parking: Garage parking is available for 1 vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis (unassigned). Additional street parking is also first-come, first-served.

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the home (bedroom closet).

• Pet Policy: This home is not pet-friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Clean and cute!

Immaculate, cute just like pix, cozy, building clean, communication was great but there was miscommunication bout getting into the correct unit. Was given 2 diff unit numbers over the phone but it was resolved quickly! Was bummed location was not in walking distance to the locations I was visiting -double-checked before booking but once I checked in, it was weird bc everything was further. The area was sketchy and there were lots of homeless and scary folks roaming around so I didn’t feel very safe being alone. The first morning I was there, I got up early and was in bathroom and came out and a man was walking into my unit. I didn’t like that someone else had my passcode pass

The apartment was very nice and was accurate. The location was perfect for us, it was a short walk to the park, close enough to downtown but not in the craziness of downtown. The host was great at communication! There was a lot of space and we didn’t feel on top of one another and there was ample parking! We never had an issue other than cleanliness. The floors seemed like they hadn’t been mopped in a while (our feet were getting dirty after walking barefoot and the floor felt sticky) and the bedding was not up to par - there was no mattress cover (which is fine because some people don’t use one but it’s nicer if a rental has one!) and instead of a fitted sheet, there was just a flat sheet on the bed so in the mornings we would wake up on the actual mattress, for us that was gross because it’s a rental property. Overall it was a good place though with lots of space for a couple!

This place is super cute and modern. The king size mattress was amazingly comfortable. It's a short drive or Uber away from Broadway, and there are restaurants close by if you need a break from the crowd. Would definitely stay again!
