The property includes 26 feet of deep-water docking, with a fish cleaning table for preparing your catch . There's plenty of room for outdoor activities and relaxation.
The fully fenced yard is ideal for pets to enjoy paradise alongside you.

The second level, which serves as the main living area, features a spacious living room, a large kitchen perfect for meal preparation, and a dining area where you can enjoy your meals.
This level also includes Bedroom 2, furnished with a king-size bed, and provides access to a full bathroom conveniently located near the kitchen. Additionally, a laundry area is available for your convenience, and the deck offers a great spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
3rd Level of the Duplex Home:
The third level features 3 additional bedrooms offering a variety of bed accommodations, with all except the bunk bedroom including Smart TV's. The master suite includes a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity. The other two bedrooms consist of a queen bed and twin-over-queen bunk bed.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. ••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
