The host lives close to this property, and can be onsite if needed. The cottage sits in rural location, just outside of the Dahlonega city limits. Like any rural home, you can expect more interactions with wildlife and insects than in the city. The drive into the property is an easement through another rural property on a well maintained gravel road. The road does have some hills, but is easy to drive even in a sedan. The easement does have some interesting country flair, and a generally unwelcoming amount of no trespassing signs. We recommend you keep your speed on the egress under 10mph, and if questioned by the easement property owner, simply state you are a guest at the cottage up the hill and proceed along your route. keep driving until you reach the blue and white cottage. We have all permits and licenses for operations.
