We felt the nightly rate was excessive for the quality of accommodation. Indoor seating was uncomfortable. The quality of kitchen utensils could be improved.Bed was very comfortable.

A fabulous location and very well equipped and clean little apartment. As a solo traveler, l loved it. Safe and so close to cool shops, restaurants and the waterfront is right in front. I went for a great run and walk and explored the whole area. I would rent this again, for sure. And super quiet once I was inside the VRBO

Everything was as advertised and the location is beyond convenient. It is right next door to the yacht club so you can watch the sailboats go by and enjoy the view from the lawn. The privacy and the parking is perfect. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you need. I absolutely recommend it.

Beautiful condo with a perfect location. To the right was downtown with shops and restaurants and to the left a park with a boardwalk along the water. Condo is modern, comfortable and well appointed. Also, Adirondack chairs by the water!

Lovely stay in Charlottetown. Property was clean and well equipped. The only slight negative was that with the large overhanging terrace of the property above, there was not much natural light, but the this was made up for by the excellent interior lighting. If we had had rain like we had at our previous location in Alma, this would have been just what we wanted as we there were well-protected chairs outside. The host was very quick to respond to questions.

Nice Getaway

We had an amazing time at this property! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze.

Amazing small apartment, perfect for a couple. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was simple and responsive. The location was perfect, with Peakes Wharf and Victoria Row being a 10–15 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Convenient location with a little seaglass beach

We went to this property for our anniversary and it was very convenient and had good parking close to the walk-out bottom floor where the property is situated. Although the weather didn’t cooperate, the little condo is very nicely decorated and suited our needs. The covered porch came in very handy in the rain!

The unit was everything as advertised, excellently decorated, very clean and comfortable for my wife and I for a week long stay. The outside area, Muskoka chairs by the water, and the covered (dry) area by our entrance were used every day they were there. The sail boat races on Monday and Thursday evenings was a great added bonus. This place was absolutely fantastic and we would absolutely stay at this location again!!!

Lpovely week on PEI

The unit is perfectly situated in downtown Charlottetown, within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars and entertainment. It faces the harbour with an expansive lawn and Adirondack chairs, perfect for a late afternoon beverage. Everything I needed for cooking, clothes washing and sleeping was included in a comfortable air conditioned unit.

Beautiful

This is a great place to stay. Great location. Great view. Walking distance to everything. Loved watching the boats especially the sail boats as they passed by. We even seen a cruise ship. Great spot to see the fireworks on Canada Day. It was also our anniversary. It was so romantic. Would certainly book again in the future.

We were very happy with our stay in Charlottetown but the policy this location has of waiting until the day of arrival to give out the entry code was stressful. We had a very late arrival (midnight) and would have appreciated having known the code at least the day before due to no cell service while flying -BUT - otherwise, our host was responsive and we loved the place

Beautiful, simple, & walkable

Beautiful little ground level condo/apartment! It was perfect for me & my husband. Extremely walkable to everything in Charlotte town. However, if you plan on getting groceries or seeing beaches / other parts of the island - you definitely need a car. Being on the ground level, we had quite a few bugs, mosquitos, and spiders joining us inside - but it could have been worse. The table is smaller than I anticipated. My husband and I both had to work a bit, so it was tight quarters at the little table. All-in-all, it was great!
