This Waterfront Condo is located literally on the edge of the beautiful Charlottetown Marina and Harbour. This sunny luxurious Condo is within walking distance of fine restaurants, arts and culture at the Confederation Centre of the Arts and many local Pubs, Breweries and Nightclubs.

Speaking of walking, the scenic Charlottetown Boardwalk walking trail system passes by the front of the Studio building for easy access for running or walking. These walking trails also connect to the much larger and famous Confederation Trails system, this a shared use walking and cycling trail in the summer that goes from one end of the Island to the other . It was born when the Railways were abandoned in 1989 on PEI. With beautiful rolling hill scenery, quaint villages and broad bay seascapes, the Confederation Trail is Prince Edward Island's portion of the Trans Canada Trail.

All major downtown Events are actually moments from this Charlottetown waterfront location. This Condo is perfect as a central headquarters if planning to head out to explore the Gentle Island , then returning to comfortable surroundings to relax, rejuvenate and plan your next day with all the amenities of home.

This centrally located Condo includes free parking, a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen and a patio with a beautiful view of the Charlottetown Harbour where you will see cruise ships coming and going from our beautiful city. Common area roof deck is available also for panoramic views of Downtown Charlottetown. Enjoy easy access to the Bi-pass highway heading East or West for your exploration of our Gentle Island. You will be an easy 20 minute drive from the very popular Brackley and Stanhope beaches on the North Shore of PEI.

If you are visiting in September, every year there is a major event known as the Prince Edward Island International Shellfish Festival, a four-day festival packed with culinary demos, celebrity chefs, delicious dining experiences, the best of the best potato seafood chowder and oyster shucking competitions. At night dance the night away at the biggest East Coast kitchen party, with some of Atlantic Canada’s best known entertainment. This Condo is literally 5 Minute walk from the Charlottetown Event Grounds which host this fantastic event each September.
