I had mentioned to the host that we were celebrating Christmas there with my daughter and her husband. She had it beautifully decorated for the season, complete with outdoor house lights and decorated tree. The house itself was cozy and warm and the location-two blocks from downtown Leiper's Fork couldnt be more perfect. We will definitely stay again!

This is a lovely home that suited us well. It was clean, close to activities, and the host was responsive to questions. We would recommend it to family and friends. Leiper’s Fork is a picturesque place with very friendly people.

Cute little house in an awesome little town.

Leipers Fork is such a beautiful little town. The house was close enough to walk to the shops and restaurant. We had plenty of space for our family of four. We did not receive any check in information before we arrived and messages to the host were not going through to get a check in code; however they answered my phone call immediately and got us a code for the place.

Great getaway location

We stayed here for a week. Location is in the heart of Leipers Fork. House is well updated and decorated. We were completely comfortable. Traveled with a mid-sized dog. The surrounding area was perfect for walking her. The check-in process (email from VRBO) didn’t have the door code or the WiFi info, which is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars. However, the owners were very quick to respond to my texts and were very friendly. This property is perfect for a couple or a family of four. The location is great (walking distance to all of Leipers Fork). Franklin locations are 10-15 minutes by car. Nashville locations and the airport are 35-50 minutes. We would definitely stay here again, and can strongly recommend the property to others.
