Rebecca was a wonderful host, made sure we had everything we needed, and made recommendations for local activities. The location was perfect for us, close enough to walk to the French Quarter, French Market, and live jazz, but far enough away to go to bed early in peace and quiet :-).

Close to Frenchman Street, French Quarter, streetcar, blue bikes. Coffee just around the corner. 2 bedrooms with bunk beds in one. Place was great for us and our 2 boys. The place was clean and the host was easy to communicate with.

The location of this condo can’t be beat. Close enough to the action, but far enough away to relax. The host was super responsive and the place was well stocked and cute

Relaxing

Loved this place. It was conveniently located so we could walk to French Quarter and Frenchman Street for great music and food. Also a minimart was located within 3 blocks. Bedrooms are in the back so don’t hear any street noise. The main area was small so this place might not be suitable for more than 4 people.

Great space and location for walking tour of New Orleans

Very clean, well-kept unit. Perfect for up to 4 people. Felt like being a resident in the historic Marginy neighborhood. Easy walk to Frenchman Street in Marigny to see great, off-the-beaten path jazz venues. 10 min walk to main part of French Quarter. No car rental or Uber needed.

Charming property close to trolley and a wonderful little jazz bar only a two-minute walk away. It has a regular coffee pot and not a Keurig which I felt was a bonus. Parking is on the street and limited to 2 hours from 7am to 5pm which worked fine for us. We drove to a public lot on Basin Street and parked for 5 all day while sightseeing. We returned at night and had a spot right in front of the unit.

Great property but the location was not where it was originally shown on Expedia when we booked. But everything else is perfect for a family of 4. Nice leisurely walk to the quarter or a quick drive. The primary bed for Apt 1 is VERY low so keep that in mind if you have back problems!

Nice stay in Marigny

When we first pulled up I wasn't sure if we were at the right place as it seemed to be a little bit sketchy of a neighborhood from where we entered from, but once we went inside it was well appointed. It is a small place but they use the best of their space and it's very cute and clean. Having 2 bathrooms was a key with 4 of us. There is a bunk bed in the second bedroom, so it would be ideal if you are traveling with smaller kids. We didn't spend a lot of time there because we were out and about walking most places that we could. Once you walk a block or two towards Burgundy the neighborhood gets much better and it seems you can walk anywhere within or close to a mile distance to be in the heart of the French Quarter or Frenchman Street to listen to music. I would stay here again.

Nicely maintained property

We had a great stay here. The property was exactly as advertised – clean, well-maintained, and nicely equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee filters and other small conveniences that made our time there even better.The space itself was well-organized and felt very welcoming. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into maintaining the property.That said, there were a couple of things that didn't quite match the description. The listing mentioned a grocery store across the street, but we didn’t find one anywhere nearby. Additionally, while the neighborhood was generally safe, it felt more inner-city than we expected, and the property was a bit farther from the hub of the French Quarter than the description suggested. The main attractions were over a mile away, which led to some additional costs with rides.Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and the city.
