Very beautiful property. The hosts were very easy to reach. A bit further from the French Quarter than we thought but that could have been our error. Lots of toiletries and linens provided. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the courtyard lights. Location is secure and had easy check in and check out.

I am so glad you enjoyed the home! The light switch for the courtyard lights is located on the back wall and we would have been happy to point it out. My apologies for any confusion and we would be happy to host you again in the future!
The home was very clean and everything was well organized. Pretty quiet considering how close it was a larger throurogh fare. The security of the property being gated was also nice.
That home was beautiful and my family and I had an amazing time. As always the city and the people do not disappoint. We had a lot of room and never felt cramped. If anything I would say even more impressive in person than photos. Will definitely be staying again.
Only complaint was the toilet paper. Something softer would have been preferable. The gate also jammed a couple times, but just need a good shake and it was fine. Might need to be checked out.
This property is lovely, and the photos are very accurate. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms, comfortable living area, and the cleanliness of the space. The proximity to major roads and to the French Quarter also make the location very convenient. Two considerations: when you take a 360 degree view from the front door of the property, just be aware that not all of the surrounding area is in the same condition as the rental property. The other consideration is that we received a “reminder” within 90 minutes of arriving at the property that we should be respectful noise-wise of the permanent tenant in the downstairs unit. This was so disappointing as we were just unloading our luggage, cooler, etc., and getting acclimated in a second floor unit with hardwood floors. It didn’t seem like a great “welcome” message as we were just arriving (and we have a perfect 5-star rating from every stay we’ve ever had elsewhere).
