World Class Skiing: Deer Valley, Park City, Canyons, Sundance, all within 5-30 minutes drive. If you drive an hour, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton await. Two Hours, Powder Mountain, Snow Basin.

Flyfish the Provo River or any of the numerous Uinta lakes and local reservoirs.

Mountain Bike directly out the door onto paved paths, with easy access to Park City’s renowned mountain bike trail system.

Hiking right off the porch, or explore the Wasatch and Uinta mountain Ranges for longer adventures.

The home has an attached one car garage for guest use. There is also a parking lot for the units directly across from the home. From the home, you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, and more.

Our place is right on the line between Park CIty, UT and Kamas, UT. This means that you are smack in the middle of access between the Uinta Mountain Range and the Wasatch Mountain Range. There are amazing restaurants in both directions, bars, and outdoor activities abound.

One of the few spots in Park City where parking is plentiful!! Lucky you ;)

**One thing to note: The bunk room is a converted loft. Guest walk through the bunk room to access the third guest room which houses a queen bed. This set up is perfect for families, and relatives.

Great stay

Everything was perfect. It’s a great location and I loved having my morning coffee on the deck looking out over the preserve. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped. There were a few sloppy cleaning details but I would likely stay again.
