Steps to the new Woodward Resort & indoor sport park, epic MTN biking & hiking trails, & cross country ski routes. You'll be amazed by how quickly you get to this pristine, natural setting from both SLC Airport & downtown SLC. Nothing but forest & trails just outside the backyard. A babbling brook runs right in front of the property, under the road leading to it. Pets allowed on case by case basis w/ pet fee. Hot tub is in & ready for you!

Woodward Park City is super close (as in, you can see it from the house!). "Woodward is a world-class, year-round action sports destination with state-of-the-art indoor action sports hub and more than 60 acres of outdoor action sports and mountain parks."

They do ski/Snowboard rentals as well.

The condo itself was very nice. Well kept very comfortable. The property manager did not do a good job though we arrived at 11 o’clock at night. No lights on the outside. Couldn’t see the boxes to get in codes did not work. Had to call the property manager at 11 PM and he had to let us in through the app. The hot tub was flashing. It hadn’t been cleaned in 155 days and the deep end was green, so we did not use it. It was gross. They had left garbage in the garage that smelled horribly but other than that the place itself was very nice.

Christmas vacation

I highly recommend this property. It was so spacious and cozy. My husband, mom, 2 kids (2yr old and 11yr old)and myself had plenty of room. Went for a white Christmas and definitely got that. Super close to Wood Ward. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. Only recommendations is Tv's in the 2 rooms and a full length mirror.. Will definitely be staying again.

Nice well appointed condo

My family and I stayed there in March 2023 to ski Deer Valley. The property is very nice. Hot tub is awesome. Although it got crowded with four people in there. Kitchen was great. We typically cook in on ski trips and it was well supplied with everything we needed including an outdoor grill that was easy to use my adult kids loved the video games. That was an added bonus. Very tight space getting into the garage with our rental SUV. Significant ice buildup made it a tricky parking job.

Great House & Easy Mountain Access

Pros: - House is just as listed and everything worked well and was clean and maintained - Very close to a local shopping center and 5 minutes from Kimble Junction for more shopping & restaurant options - Easy 20 minute drink to Park City Mountain Resort and downtown Park City without having to stay in congested areas. - Very quiet neighborhood and neighbors - Huge garage with boot warmer and sleds were great perks as well as the hot tub that fit 4 tall adults Improvements: - Found some chipped and stained dishes we reported to the property manager upon arrival - We did not receive the code to access the property on the day of our stay. I had to text the property manager a couple of times and remind them which unit we were staying in to get a code. Would have liked a more proactive arrival process.

Perfect Location - Beautiful & New

Could not ask for a better location!!! The place was just like in pictures. Loved that they have everything you need when arriving. Shampoo, Laundry Detergent, Plenty of Toilet Paper, Coffee, and even local wine :) Beds were super comfy also. Could not say enough about this place!!! Don’t look any further and book cause you will not be disappointed!!! Host was very responsive and answered any questions we had about the area! Super super close to Woodward Park (which is a must if wanting to do any outdoor skiing or snowboarding)!! Can’t wait to stay again!!
