Business trip

Great proximity to downtown and the convention center. We enjoyed our stay and was a good value over all. I would ask the property manager to hold their cleaning staff a little more accountable in regards to the cleanliness of the bathroom, the floors/walls in the bedrooms and cleanliness of the bed linens.

Tyler, thank you for your thoughtful review and for choosing to stay at Slam Dunk during your business trip. We're glad to hear the location worked well for your needs and that you found the stay to be a good overall value. We also appreciate your feedback about the cleanliness. That’s certainly not the standard we aim for, and we’re addressing your concerns directly with our cleaning team to ensure the bathrooms, bedrooms, and linens meet the high standards we set for every guest. We hope to welcome you back with an even better experience next time.

Best kept secret

We are in this area regularly and did not know this place was here. It is so perfect. I used it to get ready for my wedding.

The property was honestly convenient and served its purpose. The area is trying to be revitalized, but it’s not in the best shape. If you are trying to sleep past 6 AM during the week, do not book because you will get woken up by construction across the street. Also, I would suggest potentially adding some type of blackout curtains or blinds in the bedroom because as soon as that sun rises it’s very bright.
