Perfectly named beach house!

Beautiful home with lots of space and just steps from the beach. We absolutely loved our stay. The views are incredible! The pool and game room upstairs were a big hit with both the adults and kids. The elevator was a bonus as well! You won't be disappointed.

Stairway to Heaven

The house was great, plenty of room and the living room was a great size. We had some issues walking back and worth to the beach. There are lots of left over construction items around the house. My daughter got something stuck in her foot that left a hole. I wish there would have been a wooden walkway out to the beach. We always enjoy our stays regardless off the obstacles we face 😊

Stairway to heaven is the truest name

This home was stunning over everyinch. The elevator that allowed us to safely get all of our things in and out. The beautiful finishes and the open family style was amazing. The owner accommodated our family when we were in a pinch and needed something specific for 2 special needs kiddos, we could not recommend this property more and hope to spend many family vacations here to come!

Overall it was exactly what we were looking for. Enough space for the entire family. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Communication with the host was smooth and always responded in a timely manner. Although it was about a 20-30 min. to town; it was great being away from everything else. All bedrooms very very spacious and had a pretty standard size bathroom/shower. Compared to other places we looked at, this place had everything you could possible need. There were no issues during our stay and I would highly recommend it for anybody that is looking for a nice family vacation.

The most amazing customer service

Our family has some special circumstances that make finding accommodations very specific and lots of research goes into it. When the house we booked had some unforeseen issues come up. Prickett properties staff helped to move mountains to make sure our family had a safe place to accommodate the needs of our family. They will forever have our business!

Very cool, very easy house to stay in — even with 12 people. Our group included 6 adults and 6 children, including 3 under 2, and the house was a great fit for our families. The layout worked really well, the pool was the perfect size and the location and views were amazing. Being just steps from the beach, with so few other people around made the stay comfortable and calm - even with 6 kids!The house was clean and as described in the listing. The host / property management was responsive, communicative and easy to work with. When we had a maintenance request, it was addressed promptly and effectively, which we really appreciated.A few small things future guests traveling with small kids might want to keep in mind: sand gets tracked inside easily, so having a plan for managing it is helpful, and some of the sliders and pool door alarms took a little extra attention. The kitchen cookware and serveware were a bit limited for preparing meals for a large group.10/10, totally recommend staying — we’re already planning our next trip back.
