Beautiful updated, clean, well-appointed unit. Sunriver is a special place, and this unit is close to all Sunriver has to offer.The location is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was great and centrally located in Sunriver with easy access to everything. Check In was not smooth as we didn't receive the access code via the app messaging (which we are told is where all communication should and will be); it took an hour while waiting outside the house to connect with someone by phone, app messaging and contacting VRBO. Upstairs we found left over dirt/magnets from prior guests, the bathroom wasn't very clean, we found the towels in the dryer and the instructions of where the Sharc passes can be found were not correct; eventually found them in the laundry room behind the door. Never got to go to the Sharc. For 600 a night with all the fees combined with the poor host communication, I was disappointed. VRBO nor the host choose to not to have better customer service. Their response - 'thank you for the feedback'. For these prices, I would expect better service and communoication

In the initial message sent after booking, we do state that communication may come via phone call, text message, email, and channel communication. It is important to always check your email for important trip details. You were given the door code at 3:25pm, well before the check in time stated. You did pay $537.50 with VRBO fees included but we are not able to control that. Again, we apologize for inconvenience and we hope that you reach out to us to book again in the future for a 10% discount off your booking. We would love to the opportunity to prove to you that this is not our normal. Thanks for staying with us.

Peaceful, Fun, Quiet

We were primarily finding a safe place for 4th of July. Our dog is terrified of fireworks. Sunriver lived up to its reputation and we heard not a one firework! The condo was great. There was an adjoining unit that was unoccupied but there was good separation it appeared. The place was very clean and had bikes and swim passes. The only hiccup was the address was different depending on which app you were using. (google, mapquest, iphone) All in all a good place for a fair price.

Exceptional Property Manager was responsive, helpful, warm. Cell phone texts were responded to within 3-4 minutes. We loved Meadow 12! Corner location provided sun-lit views from every room. Beautiful, newly renovated, upscale, tasteful condo. Upgraded kitchen with new, high-end appliances. Fully equipped. Comfortable beds. Gorgeous living room, decorated. Perfect location. 4-minute walk to The Village. I would definitely book Meadow 12 again. Highly recommended.

The property was excellent, with clean rooms and beds which were very comfortable! It has everything one would need in the kitchen, plus a TV with streaming capability, wi-fi and in a great location close to the village. The grassy area in the back is perfect for kids to run off some energy safely. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bike with a toddler trailer we could enjoy with our grandchild. There are 8 SHARC passes, so plenty if there is a full house. The only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is due to a few things which should easily be fixed. I am used to receiving communications regarding both the check-in and check-out processes in advance. Location and wi-fi info came the day prior, but nothing about check-in or check-out, so I ended up asking. They don't send check-in instructions until the hour of actual check-in. When we got there, the washer was open with towels inside which had obviously just finished the wash cycle and the dryer was still full of towels (none were hanging in the bathroom, so guessing the cleaners got rushed). Not a huge deal, but unexpected. Unfortunately, the upstairs showerhead was broken. Luckily, it didn't create a huge issue in this case and I was assured that it would be fixed. There were no check-out instructions in the house or pre-sent, so again, I messaged to ask.Overall, I would definitely recommend this property and suggest some adjustments to communication so that visitors are aware of check-in/check-out policies.
