The space
We want your family to feel comfortably at home so we offer a spacious open floor plan with a well-appointed kitchen, a dining area that seats 12, plus outdoor dining seating for 8. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom, a flat screen TV with streaming access, offering plenty of privacy for the whole family. We include convenient features like in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, both Keurig and standard coffee makers, large fridge, and cold AC to make your stay amazing! Our personal favorite feature is the HUGE balcony with ceiling fan makes it a perfect spot for people watching, dolphin spotting, relaxing, belly laughing, and those spectacular sunrise and sunset views!

Keypad door code access. No front office check in and no need to keep up with a key. You’ll have access to the entire unit as well as all building amenities.

Newly renovated condo with all new bedding and linens, washer and dryer. 65” Smart Tv in living room. Smart TV’s in every room for streaming your favorite shows. Ample dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils for your large family. Keurig, regular coffee pot, and Ninja blender. One assigned parking spot on property, additional free parking across the street or public pay parking area.

Entire Unit, Balcony and Common Areas (pool, hot tub, sauna and gym) are available to you.

Limited quantities of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and trash bags. We suggest you bring more to last your entire stay.
