Beautiful cabin with amazing views and very peaceful. Amenities for the kids are great and I love how close it is to Dollywood. Hosts are very nice and quick in communication which is wonderful. :)

The chalet location was beautiful! Great views! The game room was well liked by my family and spacious rooms and bathrooms. A few downfalls, the house was not ready at check-in time, the hot tub was only at 70 degrees and not ready, the hot tub was not in the best shape with gunk coming out of the fi

Thank you for choosing our cabin for your vacation. The cabin is usually ready at 4:00, but rarely my caretakers may run into traffic, delays etc. Thank you for understanding. The hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled after each stay. It got hot enough for your use that evening. Also it is only a year old, so it is basically new. We will have the filters cleaned or replaced. Thank you again! Sheri

Our stay was very short but nice . We will definitely book this property again. The views were beautiful and the house was clean and very cozy. The house was equipped with everything you need. Hot tub was pleasant and very inviting. Communication with the owner was very good. We enjoyed our visit in Sevierville, Tennessee.

The cabin was great. Very rustic and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the arcade games. We did think there could have been a few more towels since there is a hot tub. Also, there could have been some charcoal and lighter fluid for the outside grill. Also, the hot tub could have been a little warmer and the jets seemed to need to be calibrated as we found ourselves floating more than sitting.But, all in all, our stay was wonderful. The cabin is located close to many local attractions and the view was spectacular.

Thank you and so glad you enjoyed our cabin. We do not provide charcoal or lighter fluid, but it can be purchased at the local grocery store. If the hot tub needs to be warmer you just raise the temperature. It can go all the way pass 105 degrees, but that is definitely too hot. Also just like a pool water makes you float, so not sure if the jets would help that. The jets are for massage. Come back again in the future. Sheri

The house itself was nice! Beds are comfy! Love the house and set up. Love the Jack Daniel’s theme. Only issue I’d say (which is big) is that it should be stated that it is a VERY dangerous road to drive at night. The road itself has a sign that says drive at your own risk. (We didn’t see until next day) We weren’t told this and came at night. We almost went off the side of a road trying to navigate. And the parking at the house needs cement pillars w reflective lights as to not backing up to the drop off. That was the 2nd thing. We backed up and I told my hubs to stop (had a feeling). Came out in the morning and we were on the edge of the drop off. 3rd was that the smoke alarms needed new batteries and chirped all night. But that was a simple fix. And I’m glad to know they had smoke alarms there. Besides those 3 things the place was awesome. But definitely get there during light. Not at night.Place is great though! The views are incredible. The hot tub is nice. The seating on the porch is awesome. The game roomWas great too. Kids enjoyed it.

Host was quick to respond to any messages, cabin was ready and clean. Parking spaces were plenty which was a plus with several young adult kids. Definitely recommend.
