Overall clean, however, there were a couple of palmetto bugs visible upon arrival and several in the bedroom behind the dusty headboard.

However, palmetto bugs are common throughout Longboat Key, particularly during certain times of the year, and can occasionally enter even with routine preventative measures in place. We advise all guests to keep doors closed, as these insects can quickly make their way indoors when doors are left open. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused and will follow up with our housekeeping team to ensure the area behind the headboard receives additional attention. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing a clean and comfortable stay for our guests.

This beachfront condo is wonderful! The kitchen was well equipped, the unit very clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. Longboat Key is a beautiful area and we loved the location of this unit-quiet beach with an amazing view! I will book again, and highly recommend!

Perfect location and beach views! The place is cute, clean and had everything you would need in a rental. Pool was nice and beach was even nicer. Everything was perfect, however, it may be time for the owners to buy a new bed as the one currently there is not very comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

The view from out place was spectacular! We loved being able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the beauty of the beach and ocean. Dinners out there -watching the sunset will be forever a favorite memory.

Perfect location for beach access and low key relaxing on the beach. Loved how close the property is to the water and the little pool area was perfect for mixing it up. Our last min, quick one night stay was just what we needed and we had a lovely time.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect for a couple! The grounds were beautiful. I wish there were more laundry facilities and an elevator would be helpful for the handicapped! But otherwise I would recommend and stay again! We had an issue getting into the room but come find out my husband was using an incorrect code… However the owners and the staff were fabulous with helping us to get back into our room!
