The place was a lot better than I expected from the photos… The view was Amazing, the water was so blue and beautiful.. it was like paradise.. free laundry directly across the hall was a plus.. the unit is larger in person and was plenty of room for us 3.. could easily sleep 4. We loved everything about this. Will definitely be back. Very peaceful and quiet and only steps away from the beach. We were lucky enough to see manatees during our stay that stayed for awhile giving everyone quiet the show. Dolphins were another exciting thing to see and all this right from our patio view. This will be a place we will visit every chance we get.

Loved the view. It was awesome to walk out to the beach from the condo. Beautiful white sand beaches . My husband and I loved it. The host was available to answer any questions we had! Highly recommend this place!

I am a retired widow who loves this area and the white sand beaches. I retired as a civilian from the Navy. I want to be sure that anyone who rents this unit has a great vacation. I grew up in TN, worked for the Navy in IN, and retired to FL. Undergraduate of Tennessee Tech, and Masters from Indiana University.

Why they chose this property

It is one, if not the only unit, that was for sale that looked directly at the gulf and with just a few steps (ground level), your toes are on the sand beach. No road to cross, no steps to climb, nothing to obstruct the view like other areas with high rises. The beach is uncrowded.

What makes this property unique

Directly fronts the gulf. Heated swimming -pool. Free parking, wi-fi, cable TV, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Quiet end unit with privacy.
