Excellent location, nice unit, and communication with the host was great.Seriously, this is probably the best location to stay in as a tourist in Montreal. It's a "busy" street, as in there's a lot going on in terms of shops, restaurants, and people just hanging out, but not obnoxious late at night. It's also very well located for transiting and walking to the sights/entertainment areas etc.The place itself is comfortable and well equipped. You could definitely cook full meals, though we just did breakfast and snacks. We visited in the summer, and the AC was very nice. The whole building of 5 units seems to be short term rental, so I guess you could end up with bad neighbors randomly, but we didn't run into anyone else, and barely heard them even from the hallway.
