Each cottage within our villas has its own unique charm, offering a private and intimate space for guests. Whether you`re planning a family reunion, a group getaway with friends, or simply a peaceful retreat, our Haven Cottages are the perfect destination.

Unit A - The Paradise Haven cottage has 3 bedrooms where you will instantly unwind in its cozy ambiance, with warm interiors and a space that sets the mood for relaxation.

Sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests. The bedrooms feature:

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed (Mounted AC Unit)
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed (Mounted AC Unit)
• Bedroom 3: Twin beds (a portable fan for use)
• Queen size Air mattress

Unit B - The Peaceful Haven cottage will greet you with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living area is tastefully furnished, creating a cozy and comfortable space for relaxation. Unwind on the plush sofas while enjoying the company of loved ones or watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

Unit C - The Tropical Haven cottage will provide a laid-back lifestyle of the islands in our thoughtfully designed 2-bedroom space. The interiors are adorned with island-inspired decor and furnishings, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance that reflects the unique charm of Hilo.

Guests will have access to the entire private compound.

☞ The cottages are accessed via 20 stairs from the street or garage, followed by a few additional stairs to the entrance.

*Please note that access to our cottages requires climbing approximately 20 stairs from the street or garage (which is opened manually) to the top, and then additional stairs to enter the unit. While this may be a challenge for some guests, peaceful surroundings make it well worth the climb. If you have any concerns about accessibility, please don`t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

*We are currently working on getting a bigger water heater to make sure it will not run out.

Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited indoors to maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere.

Due to Hawaii`s warm, tropical climate, it`s not uncommon to occasionally encounter small critters, even indoors. We take great care to manage this by regularly cleaning and treating the property, but the natural environment can sometimes invite these little visitors inside. As a friendly reminder, we do have a regular pest company servicing our home.

Additionally, please be aware that the local frogs can be quite vocal at night, which may keep you up if you`re not used to the sounds of nature.

No Shoes Policy: To ensure a clean environment and avoid carpet/rug stains, we do not allow shoes indoors.
No Party Policy: To ensure a peaceful environment, parties are not permitted within the premises.

Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited indoors to maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere.

We offer a pet-friendly environment. Pets must be approved prior to reservations. Please reach out if you plan to travel with your pet(s). The fee is $100 a pet per stay and $50 for an additional pet for a maximum of (3) pets. If you have an approved pet, please clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. Additional cleaning fees may be charged.

No Shoes Policy: To ensure a clean environment and avoid carpet/rug stains, we do not allow shoes indoors.

Responsibly Flush: Please only flush toilet paper and nothing else (This includes baby wipes and “flushable” baby wipes). Any plumbing clogs will result in a repair fee.
