The most stylish and unique home in Costa Rica's southern zone. This house has the best of both worlds, with stunning ocean views and access to swimming holes and epic waterfalls.
Toucans consistently fly through. Monkeys, sloths, and pizotes are common visitors, as well as bird varieties beyond count..
Nestled in the jungle canopy, you can feel the mana of the fresh mountain air and ocean breeze. Staying here will make you want to move to Costa Rica. Enjoy!

Use the whole house, and eat whatever fruit you can find in the property. Housekeeping included 3 times a week. Access to Uvita waterfall free of cost because its on the border of the property.
4x4 not required but recommended. A sedan will make it but the quality of the road varies throughout the year. A basic small 4x4 or all wheel SUV is recommended so that you can enjoy all of Costa Rica and be safe. We are only 1km on dirt and its better than most of the mountain roads.

Why they chose this property
Lived all over the world, especially in Asia. Been in Costa Rica for 10 years and never looked back. It's the perfect combo of peace and nature, but still have the basic modern amenities one needs to be comfortable.
This area has some of the best ocean view properties in the world due to its geography. Also, some of the most amazing waterfalls and fresh water sources, not to mention the waves.
Working from home, I could live anywhere, and this is the best place I could find that checked all the boxes.

What makes this property unique
This is my dream house that I built for my family, and I imported so many artistic details from around the world. You will not find any house with the same vibe. I am also deeply connected with the Visionary Art world so much of the art is reflected in that, as I have collected over the years from artists like Alex Grey, Robert Venossa, Luke Brown and many more.
