The house was clean and comfortable for our group of 20. Kitchen was well equipped. Owner provided check-in info well in advance. However, our group was really hoping to use the home theatre during our stay but couldn’t figure out how to get the system to work. Messaged the owner for help but got zero response at all throughout our 4 day stay.

Hello, I would like to thank you for acknowledging that the negative review is unrelated to our home. We are committed to providing exceptional service and take reviews very seriously. I am confused by this review. We had a video call with one of the 16 guests at the unit. I am unsure who I was speaking with, but we spent 30 minutes walking him step-by-step through the process of operating a projector. He told me, “Perfect, we are good now,” and that was the end of the conversation. Two weeks later, reading this review is disheartening. To any guest reading this and having a basic understanding of how projectors work, I have step-by-step instructions displayed on the theatre screen. Unfortunately, with projectors, you must turn the video and sound on separately, and some guests have difficulty with this. Such a negative review over something I would happily assist with is disappointing.

Beautiful Experience

The property manager was willing to work with our Basketball team and hold the home for two months with a small deposit. It was wonderful getting to stay in a beautiful new home together and make memories as a team. Would highly recommend this home. Lots of space to

Beautiful home

This property is absolutely beautiful. The home was clean, fresh and the area outside as well. The view from that top balconies is beautiful. Everything that is in the pictures is present. This home is amazing!The only issue we ran into was weren't able to figure out the home theater and the heat in one bedroom. We messaged the managers on the vrbo app but they did not answer.
