These beautifully restored stone houses are set in the idyllic Istrian village of Manjadvorci, where you’ll be surrounded by the enchanting nature that Istria is known for. One house can accommodate up to 12 guests, and the other up to 4, providing the perfect combination of space and privacy. Built with a remarkable blend of traditional stone masonry and fine woodcraft, the property offers 324 m² of interior space designed for comfort and relaxation. You will enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and three inviting living rooms – perfect for families and groups. A large terrace opens onto a spacious garden adorned with palm trees and lush Mediterranean flora. There is a playground area for children.
The houses are partially air-conditioned.
The swimming pool can be heated upon request.
Pets are welcome, but charges apply.
A mini market is located 50 meters from the houses.
Both houses have an Eco Domus and Local Host certifications.

Großartige Unterkunft für den Familienurlaub mit Groß & Klein. Wir habe die ruhiger Lage, den schönen Außenbereich mit Pool und das große Haus genossen. Die Vermieter waren herzlich und die Verständigung mit ihnen leicht. Einen erneuten Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft können wir uns gut vorstellen.

tolles Haus, nette Gastgeber

Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und in das Haus eingewiesen, frisches Obst und leckerer Wein standen für uns bereit. Ein schönes, altes istrisches Haus, liebe- und geschmackvoll vom Besitzer hergerichtet. Hervorzuheben ist die gemütliche Außensitzstelle und der Pool, der zum relaxen und erfrischen einlädt. Küche und Grillplatz sind für eine Ferienunterkunft sehr gut ausgestattet, man vermisst nichts. Die Lage ist ruhig (wenn man vom Hundegebell, Katzenmiauen und Hähnegekrähe mal absieht;-), ein kleiner Supermarkt liegt direkt gegenüber und vom Ort aus erreicht man alle Strände und Städte in Istrien in 10-60 Minuten Fahrt. Wir hatte während unseres Aufenthalts 4 Skorpione und eine Riesenspinne (nach entspechender Recherche stellte sich heraus, dass nichts davon giftiger ist als eine Wespe) im Haus, wer da empfindlich ist, könnte Probleme kriegen. An unserem letzten Abend hat der Vermieter für uns gegrillt (allerlei Fleisch und Fisch), dazu gab es selbstgebackenes Brot und Salat aus dem eigenen Garten und andere Beilagen, alles zu einem fairen Preis. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden sofort wiederkommen! Vielen Dank an die Familie!

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Allerdings ist der Gemeinschaftsraum bei Regentagen und einer größeren Anzahl an Gästen zu klein. Ist das Wetter gut, kann man sich wunderbar auf der Terrasse und im Poolbereich aufhalten. Orania und Hanna waren bei Fragen immer sehr hilfsbereit und offen und wir haben ein paar tolle Tips erhalten. Danke hierfür!

Why they chose this property

These two houses, which are part of a three-house complex, have been in our family for generations. A very long time ago, it was a smaller house on which the rest was built. This and the other houses in the neighbourhood were among the first in the village, which is slowly expanding as the years pass.

What makes this property unique

The property it's a traditional Istrian heritage house, built with 80 cm stone walls, it's a truly unique and well-preserved old Istrian house.
