We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation weekend and were very pleased. The place has a great vibe and plenty of room for 2 couples. Would stay again for sure.

The condo had easy access off the alley and a great open layout. Was true to listing. We had some issues with the messaging through VRBO being delayed that made the check in process more difficult but everything worked out fine. Dawn was very kind and responsive once the messaging issue was resolved.

Beautiful loft in Downtown Marion

Love the property! Beautiful loft apartment in n downtown Marion. The high ceilings and brick walls are great. Apartment is well stocked and makes for a comfortable stay.

Location is great, Building is really neat. Beds are comfortable. Check in information was incorrect.The host gave us the wrong door, wrong door code. We interrupted another family that was already in the rental. The renters were very kind. They helped us by calling the host with no answer. I called again with no answer. I will say it was late at night. I messaged a couple times before a response. No apology, no explanation. Just “go to this door and put in this code.” No acknowledgement of mistake. That’s where they got it wrong. It was just a mistake. No acknowledgment is bad business. And obviously we were confused and a little worried. An explanation would’ve been all we needed. Bathrooms had not been cleaned.One bathroom still had a dirty wash cloth on the faucet in the shower. The second bathroom had hair completely all over the shower wall. The rental unit is nice. The beds are comfortable. Just need better customer service.

Stylish and Comfortable Loft

We stayed a few nights to visit our adult children who work at IWU. The space was clean and well appointed with furniture and the bedding was super comfortable!! We could have used a couple more bath towels. Bring your body soap and shampoo as this unit does not provide any(which is common for vrbo options). Coffee pot is for ground coffee so bring that. They had filters. It was warm and cozy. It had a cool urban vibe for a small town. It has two designated parking spots which is nice. Not much going on as far as businesses open within walking distance on the weekend. Host was very responsive. We brought one maintenance issue to their attention and they assured us it would be addressed for future visits. We will stay there again!

The property was dirty upon arrival with little gnats all over, garbage not taken out, bathroom full of hair, no toilet paper, and more. Very disappointing. There was even a frozen chicken leg that was left in the freezer.
