Ocean Crush is one of the newest Oceanfront Homes on the Carova four wheel drive Beach! There are 2 houses, a main house (elevator included) with 4 master bedrooms and a guest house with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and living room. The guest house connects via breeze way to main house for easy access. On the main picture of the house the guest house is to the left. This awesome beach house has been built to maximize your enjoyment and comfort. Nothing has been spared to create a perfect place for your vacation. The owners have been renting in Corolla for 20 years and drove to the 4 wheel drive beach every day for tranquility and to see the wild horses. This house has been built with everything they wanted when they rented. Amenities include Smart TV's, four refrigerators, one commercial ice machine and a margarita maker. Can't go to the beach without lots of ice and a few Happy Hours!! Complete with a custom fish cleaning station so everyone can eat the fresh Catch of the Day. Wait till you see the 70inch 4k Smart TV and hear the surround sound system! If you like to cook and spend a lot of time in the kitchen, the custom kitchen allows you to prepare those great summer meals to share with the entire family. With that in mind, the kitchen overlooks the ocean so it won't be a chore. The ocean sunrises & sunsets from the bedrooms are amazing. The kids will love the pool table, hot tub and the salt water pool. The pool deck sports a Tiki Bar and 47' outdoor 4k Smart TV. There is even a safe to store your valuables while you go to the beach! You will notice this house is unique and will provide a comfortable week getaway with your family.

Main House has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.
Guest House has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.

The home is only able to be rented Saturday - Saturday. Please contact Cara McLean with any questions at 301-922-2628.

**Please Note: Home is UNABLE to be rented for Senior week. No pets or smoking allowed in the home. Also, I highly recommend that you have a four wheel drive vehicle to drive on the sandy beach in order to get to the home.**

There will be a $350 charge per pass if the two beach parking passes are not returned to the blue bowl by the front door at check out.
There will be a $50 charge if the grill isn't cleaned after use at check out.

Cevon and Mary McLean have built an Ocean front beach home to create a comfortable place for families and friends to enjoy the beach and create ever lasting memories together. Cevon is a IT guy and works for the government, but his real love is classic muscle cars and military equipment. His family has a strong military background and he support the troops and the wounded warriors. Mary is a nurse and has worked for over 34 years in the field. She is in remission from breast cancer in 2007 and works with oncology patients. They both love the beach, outdoors and nature.

Why they chose this property

Owners put a lot of thought in building the perfect ocean front beach house. Previous renters love the house and have enjoyed their stay at the beach. The ocean front views are amazing. The house is decorated to make everyone comfortable. The house has an elevator so it is easy to transport luggage and belongings when you arrive.

What makes this property unique

This is a great house to rent for a family beach week. Great ocean views, salt water pool, tiki bar, great pool area with TV, music, bathroom, great dual outside showers. Hot tub with ocean views and music. Pool table and entertainment center for children. Lots of outside area seating. Elevator available. Great parking under house.
