I had an amazing time at this cozy cabin! It was perfect for a weekend getaway. Thelma was an amazing host and so sweet. There is a nature preserve in Mineola about 20 mins away that is good for hiking/biking. I really enjoyed the hot tub and campfire area. I will definitely be returning!

Cozy, little place to get away

Thelma did a great job of taking care of us. The hot tub was amazing. A good place to get away from the everything. Pet friendly.

Perfect little stay

Thelma made us feel like we were staying with family. She was so kind and welcoming. My wife and I stayed here with our dog. The cabin was the perfect size for the 3 of us. The bed was super comfortable. Our dog loved being able to sniff around the property. We enjoyed the hot tub too! We felt super safe the whole time. We will definitely stay here again! The location was close to dollar general and brookshires, very convenient.

It was the perfect cute little cabin!! Nicely decorated, felt very cozy and comfy. It was very peaceful and quiet; and thats what I went for. The host Thelma is wonderful!!! Very kind and attentive to your needs. I felt completely safe their because of the gate being locked at night. It was a wonderful little get away!! I definitely be going back.

This place was nothing like the pictures. I pulled up and could not locate the cabin that I saw in the pictures and left and booked a hotel in Lindale. There were two dogs barking at me when I got there. I am very disappointed with Expedia for this.

Almost like going home

Thelma was absolutely the sweetest she even had homemade lemonade ready for us. We had a little trouble finding the place because it was dark and she was calling to make sure we found everything OK. When we got out of our vehicle with our new pup, she was even excited for us that we got a new fur baby. Later on our way home, she even texted me to tell me congratulations one more time. It’s not every day you have somebody do that.

The cabin is cozy yes. The room and the property were clean. The listing does not let the guest see that it is in fairly close proximity to the owner. The owners steps are about 70 ft away from the front door of the cabin. The owner is respectful of the privacy. The restroom is equipped with an incinerator toilet. It's not that big of a deal, but it was a new experience for me.
