Great start for our Mission Trip in the area!

The Barn was absolutely wonderful!! Exactly as pictured. The photos in the bedroom are so cool, I could have been looking out my hotel video in Vegas. It was perfect for our family gathering. Erik was very an excellent host. We will certainly stay here again.

I was very sad to see this wonderful family and group leave. Some of the best guest I’ve ever had and I’ve had hundreds!!! When it was time to cleanup I had to question if they even stayed here it was so neat and clean. Can not wait to see them again

2 night stay/USCG promotion

Our family stayed here because our son was being promoted. It was close to the USCG base. House looks exactly like the pictures, and it was more than enough room for 8 of us. Eric was very responsive to our texts during our stay. The only “complaint” was there was no toaster as advertised. We got one at the local store so we could have bagels for breakfast. Overall it was a great stay!

Clean, New, Spacious and Quiet

The property is very spacious and quiet. The rooms were an adequate size, and there were four bathrooms, which were plentiful. I enjoyed the open, dormitory-style setup on the upper level, with the large-screen TV. The sofa was extremely comfortable. The kitchenette did have a full-size refrigerator, which was helpful. Eric was the nicest, most friendly host. He was very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Elizabeth City. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
