This property was wonderful. Very clean, close to downtown. If I could have sat on the deck watching the water the whole time I would have. Just needed access to a boat. The Pasquotank River is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place right on the river. Tastefully decorated, stocked with linens and towels. The kitchen was certainly stocked with cookware. I made a seafood boil for our group, had everything we needed.Check in was easy! I just followed the instructions on the evolve website and put in the front door code. Great vacation. Will probably come back.

Riverfront Perfection

If you are planning a trip to the Elizabeth City area, this is the place to stay! Tastefully decorated in nautical decor, this condo is right on the Pasquotank River. Layout of the unit is perfect with a large living space and two bedrooms upstairs. Unit is spotless and the beautiful kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and then enjoy them on the deck overlooking the river. You won't go wrong with this rental!!

Blind replacement

Hey, enjoyed the stay. Loved the house. Great view. Just one thing. The blind in the room that faces the river needs to be replaced. I own a window treatment company so I sell and install blinds, shades and draperies. It’s very hard to pull the blind up with the pull cord. So hard that I actually pulled it out of the bracket. Seems like it could be a liability with the wrong customer. Have a great one!
