Beautiful, quiet, end-unit, oceanfront condo on North Topsail Beach, NC. This condo has it all: views of the ocean, access to the community pool, fishing on the beach .... a beach bum's dream! You will be just steps from the sand and won't need to go far to enjoy beach activities. There is a full kitchen to whip up some fresh local seafood and pour yourself a beverage as you watch the sun go down. This condo is an open concept, has room for up to 6 guests, and perfect for a romantic getaway as well as fun for the whole family.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Bathroom Rule 1: Please only place toilet paper in toilet. Wipes, sanitary pads, Q-tips, paper towels, cotton pads etc. will clog the toilet.

Bathroom Rule 2: Reserving Guest will be held responsible and charged for any plumbing issues that occur during or immediately after their stay.

Please leave key, parking/pool passes to avoid replacement fees ($100 and $125 + $8.75 transaction fee); place furniture back to original position.

This was a great place & met our family of 5 needs well. Outstanding view of the ocean & pool, although we could not see the sunrise as it faced slightly southward. The only drawback was the proximity to the elevators for check in/check out as we were loaded for a week of food/drink.

Very clean and included basic necessities (toiletries, napkins, cleaning supplies, spices, pots and pans, etc). Very nice quiet location. Pool was kept very clean as well. Very much enjoyed walking over to Coffee Joy in the morning. Beach was nice and quiet and we saw dolphins from our balcony and other wildlife on the beach. Tons of beautiful shells collected.

The condo was great. The ocean view was wonderful. The pool was wheelchair accessible. If you don't need the ramp and elevator there's stairs right outside the unit.

The view was fabulous. The host was very responsive. The building is in disrepair.Pool steps are very slippery and the hand rails are loose. We saw several people lose their balance getting into the pool.This location is good for families with kids. As an adult it was not as enjoyable. The pool was filled with screaming kids and parents Who allowed their kids to disrespect adults trying to enjoy the pool. There were some issues in the condo that should have been taken care of before we moved in.Based on what I've mentioned and more, we wouldn't return.

The listing uses an adjective of “INCREDIBLE”. Do not fall for it. It is not “incredible”. It’s okay. Either the cleaners smoke weed or they didn’t do a good job cleaning because the smell was very intense upon our arrival. Beds are all extremely uncomfortable, pillows and mattress feel like bricks. Beach is very nice and not crowded, the water is amazing. The location itself I could describe as incredible but definitely not this place. This again, is okay at best.

This property was a great location. We loved staying here! It was so nice being able to be so close to the beach and having the pool as well. The balcony offered a great view of both. I definitely recommend staying here. It was about a half an hour from most of the shopping areas. I also recommend checking out the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital that was also about a half hour away if you stay here.
