To obtain the key you have to drive to a shady neighborhood to retrieve the key off some porch, our room was not cleaned, nasty tub, piles of dirty towels in the bathroom floors, under the beds were filthy- random kods socls and toys. All the furniture is old and smells. They then charged me 120 (once they have your card they charge what they want) “for three stained comforters”. Those were so gross we didn’t even sleep with them! At first they thanked me for the place being left so nice (1st photo) I complained and now things sre stained????

Amazing view from the balcony. Host communication was very responsive and helpful. Needed early check in and late checkout and they worked with me to make it the best stay gor my group. Highly recommended this property and host.

The room was very dusty, did not like the fact that we had to wash our own laundry as far as towels to reuse while on vacation. That was definitely an inconvenience. No one comes on vacation to have to wash laundry.

Host was really welcoming. Reached out to make sure everything was good when we first got there and then the next morning. Condo is nice with adjoining bathrooms. Condo was clean. I would stay there again. The pools in the building were wonderful too.

The condo was clean and balcony view was beautiful. We wanted to relax indoors but the ceiling fan in the master room did not work so it was a bit warm and 2 of the 4 tv remotes did not work. There were also so many remotes we did not know which one went to which tv. Also there was a coffee maker but there was no coffee starter pack for the guests.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. There location is great, close to many local restaurants, beachfront, not too loud of an area. The condo itself is nice, with a great view of the beach and overlooking the pool. Our kids really loved the multiple pools on this property.

Master bed frame was broken. We had to put mattress & box spring on the floor. Alerted host as soon as we got there and noticed it. Host acknowledged but didn’t do anything about it or offer any remedies. Very disappointed. Tv remotes missing batteries and/or not working. Unit was clean but not much after that was ready for a rental.

Great Vacation

This unit at Grand Atlantic was spacious and comfortable. The washer and dryer was convenient for our stay. We loved sitting on the balcony throughout our stay. The extra pillows, blankets, and beach items provided in the master bedroom were great additions. Any concerns were addressed by the host in a very timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay!

The unit has the best view of the beach. The parking garage near the room is a bonus. It was easy check-in. The rental agent contacted us the next day to make sure everything was ok. I mention a few things they needed to be corrected and said they would fix after we left. We didn’t need it done while we were there. Just make note that if you don’t do early check in you can’t get your room key until 3:45. We will definitely be back. Thanks
