Terrible experience

This property was very nice however I would never stay at a proper be owned by this owner again. The management/owners did not communicate well I had to wait 2 to 3 days to hear back from them. I was owed a credit and the owner did not give me the credit back. I had to go through my credit card company to get my credit Again very poor communication if any communication.
