Charming Rental 2/2 house, access to golf & comm. pool, So. Fort Myers!

Welcome to this charming duplex house in South Fort Myers! This is a rental with a three-night minimum stay. Amenities include a new 58" Smart TV in living room, new washer and dryer, AC, and Wi-Fi, Enjoy all that South Fort Myers has to offer when you stay at our place. Location is a plus! Nearby is: RSW Airport, Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU), Coconut Point Shopping, Miromar Outlets and Gulf Coast Center. Many restaurants, upscale and casual, are nearby. Hwy 41, Estero and Bonita Springs are also close. Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Beach 14.5 miles from house! There is a small seating area on screened back lanai.

Pets up to 20 pounds, including dogs and cats only, are welcome. There is a two-pet limit. A fee of $10 nightly, $50 weekly or $150 additional monthly is charged per pet.

You have access to the San Carlos Public Golf Club, Community Pool and Playground in San Carlos Park just ten minutes from house. There is a small fee to use the pool (open Tuesday-Saturday) which is $2 to $3 per person. Please see the San Carlos Public Golf Club website for more information on golfing. The golf club offers a snack service, beer, wine and liquor. The golf course is ten minutes from house.

The house is very clean. New appliances, in kitchen including dishwasher, stove, refrigerator. New washer and dryer are on the lanai.

San Carlos vacation rental

This clean, recently renovated property fit our needs. When called, James responded quickly. A downside is there is no comfortable place to sit in the living room. We used the cushions from the dining chairs to help some. Nice friendly neighbors.

Water had lot of discoloration stained white clothes,beds were twin size tooo small for adult grown ups! Mattresses very uncomfortable! Otherwise ok! Not worth the amount paid!

Thank you for your candid review. I would like to address the areas of concern. The water is well water and is tested by the Health Department quarterly to ensure it is safe. Plus we have a whole home water filtration and softener system to further ensure the water is safe. It is also why we include bottled water for consumption; over 40 gallons during your stay. As for the beds, they are not twin sized. The beds are queen and full size. I understand comfort level is a very subjective area and that is why we have thick memory foam toppers on the beds. We have taken your comments in to consideration and will be looking at replacing mattresses though. I wish you would have brought up concerns while you were there so maybe things could have been addressed. As we spoke both in person and on the phone regularly throughout your visit and you never brought up any concerns. I feel we were very quick to respond to your inquiries and needs; i.e. the replacement of the coffee maker, when you needed additional water and propane, and when you were locked out. Again, thank you for the candid comments and your visit.
