Enjoy sunny Fort Myers Beach at this new, 3 bedroom home on the northern end of the island. Very short walk or bike ride to the beach or restaurants. Property has a large private pool and hot tub. Master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed and shared guest bath. Third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (both twin over full). Living room has additional queen sofa bed if needed. Enjoyable amenities such as WiFi, flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms, heated pool and hot tub, grill and AC make your stay exceptional. With three bedrooms, a stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, outdoor dining and a cozy living room this property is perfect for families, couples or friends. Nice new clean house. Easy check in and out. Very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood but yet only a few houses from the beach. Within walking distance to LOTS to do and eat. All the beach accessories you need including the wagon. Bikes for use are a plus too! Would definitely stay here again!

Our family fully enjoy home and wonderful location to beach! Highly recommend to stay, host was great to work with and easy to contact. Also if worried about beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon etc, they had this available to use as well!!! Thank you for a great stay.

We greatly enjoyed staying at the White Pearl. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for 4 adult and 5 kids easily. Nick was a responsive and excellent host - answered all our questions and was easy to reach if needed. Would highly recommend as a nice house, close to the beach and big enough for a good size family.

Wonderful vacation home

My family and I enjoyed staying in this clean house with a short walk to the beach. It was extremely nice to have access to bikes, a wagon, coolers, beach chairs, plus a lot of other beach items! We all loved the pool after our beach days too. We also appreciated the fantastic communication with Nick for all of our questions/needs.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We stayed at this property for a family get away and were blown away by the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The owner had plenty of beach chairs, wagons, and coolers. The place was absolutely clean and included a beautiful pool! The owner was very easy to get ahold of.I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful house on a quiet street!

Amazing property on a quiet street! Large pool with plenty of outdoor seating. Clean house, comfortable beds, all needed kitchen items. Prompt and easy communication with owner. The 4 bikes were an extra bonus. It was great to have the large wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, and sand toys.

Perfection!

We had an absolutely amazing week! Winter break couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to everything. The house was perfect - amazingly well kept. Pool area was great - kitchen and living space as well. Just can’t say enough. We will be back.

White Pearl Paradise!

This property exceeded our expectations! We have stayed in the area a few times, and we were the happiest with this stay. In the past we’ve had to buy extras like garbage bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, but this property had it all! They also had pool toys, 6 beach chairs, a great beach wagon, and 4 bikes! The host was very responsive with all my questions as well. We will back to this beautiful house!

Perfect Stay!

Our stay at the White Pearl was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels and blankets. It even included a beach wagon and 4 bikes. The location was perfect—close to the beach, yet peaceful and private. We especially loved the heated pool and outdoor space. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable.This was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway!

The Pearl property was really nice. Nick the owner was very responsive to any questions I had and dealt with 1 small issue quickly and professionally. The house was in excellent shape, very clean with a very well stocked kitchen. In addition, it was supplied with all the amenities you could want. All the beach accessories you could think of were supplied ..from chairs, umbrellas, wagon, bicycles, toys, boogie boards..etc.)A top notch place with top notch features and finishes. An excellent stay for anyone!
