Charming 3-Bedroom Home on 13 Wooded Acres in Brown Country IN, Pet Friendly!

Consider this your home away from home while you visit Brown County Indiana. This marvelous property boasts 3 bedrooms - 1 queen bed and 3 full beds, along with 2 full bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and a bidet. Enjoy the tranquil living, with chickens (and fresh eggs!), barn cats (not indoor or in the home) lots of outdoor seating with an extra twin bed for additional sleeping space inside. With amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, and a washing machine, lots of kitchen gadgets (we have too many to choose from!) your stay will be nothing short of comfortably charming. We look forward to welcoming you to our space. We also have two outdoor security cameras (a blink doorbell, and a floodlight over the garage above the parking area) that will not be viewed unless there is an issue, and is deleted permanently after each booking has ended.

This place was amazing we loved the atmosphere and the land. The barn cats were adorable and very loving. We will definitely recommend this host and property to all of our friends.

Great Stay!

We loved the property! Very peaceful, and absolutely beautiful! It’s winter right now and it’s a beautiful property, so I can only imagine how much more gorgeous it is during the warmer months! Madeline was very communicative, and swift with her response times. They had a white board stating that they’ve been making improvements to the house for several years and I’m hoping to stay here again next year and see some more progress! There wasn’t anything negative to say, but if I could say anything it was that the hot water doesn’t last long for big groups, so if you’re traveling in a pack you’ll need to plan out shower times! Overall I would definitely recommend staying in this home! You wouldn’t regret it!
