Wonderful!

Beautiful condo in a great location. Could walk to one of the pools. On a quiet street. The condo was decorated beautifully! Furniture new and so comfortable. Would love to stay here again next year!

A Terrific Three Pete

This was our third consecutive year to visit this property. Each year has been a greater experience than the last. The venue was perfect for our expectations and each year the owners make sure we are able to enjoy our vacation in Florida. Many thanks to those responsible for our pleasant get away. Positive Repeat Experience

This is our 2nd year at this location. After our first experience we provided some feedback to improve a fairly positive first year vacation. Our constructive suggestions were addressed and our return visit in 2024 was nothing but positive throughout our stay. I highly recommend this company - they actually listen to suggestions and respond in a positive manner.

Hi Sue - we're not sure what specifically you're referring to, but you did rent a personal property for your months stay. The home is well-equipped and stocked for guests. The owner's do have personal belongings in the home within their own owner's space. Plenty of space is provided for guests to use and enjoy during stays. We're glad you had a nice time overall!

Bonita Springs

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful, spacious condo. We had everything we needed. When not too hot, we had beautiful meals out in the Lanai with the evening breeze. My husband was working most of our time in BS and he was able to set up his office in the dining room. The bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable I’ve slept in! Thank you ITrip and Curtis for quick responses to emails and texts.

Perfect escape from the north

DOGS of other condos - sound proof of condo

By itself property and community are ok but when you have DOGS barking at night ... at 6 AM and after it is ruining the calm that we deserved. Also when the neibor downstair is coughing at 11 PM ...and 3 days in a row ... it becomes very painful. I am ont the first guest complaining about it . This subject is covered in the guest book if the condo. How do you compensate us for that ???

We've not heard feedback before about dogs in neighboring properties and we certainly cannot control them being sick. Our first winter away!

Our first winter getaway did not disappoint! The condo is beautiful, comfortable and has all the comforts of home. We immediately felt at home here. We have done a combination of cooking and eating out and the kitchen is well stocked for dining in. The area is quiet and neighbors are friendly. This unit is close to shopping and the beach. We definitely want to return next year!
