Pool Home in Spanish Wells with Public Golf

Summary:
Welcome to Marbella of the gated golfing community of Spanish Wells. Public golf is available for those interested in golfing while staying at our home and community. This seasonal rental home features a very open concept floor plan that is built for modern living and for you to enjoy both its lovely indoor and outdoor living spaces. The kitchen features granite counter tops stainless steel appliances, and informal and formal dining areas inside as well as an outdoor dining set poolside.

The Space:
This single-family heated pool home has a formal dining area for 6 as well as an informal dining set as an eat in kitchen and guests can also pull up a bar stool to the bar height counter for additional space. Guests can enjoy al fresco meals on the lanai while sitting pool side in the covered and screened pool deck area.

Guests will have full use of the propane grill on the lanai. Additional living spaces include a well-appointed family room with comfy furnishings and a large wall mounted TV. There is also a full sized laundry room with a modern washer and dryer.

~The main bedroom has a King Bed and a large en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a glass enclosed shower.

~The second bedroom has a queen bed.

~ The third bedroom has 2 day beds that are twin size.

~ The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds.

~ There are two additional bathrooms, the second bathroom includes a glass enclosed shower with a single vanity and the third bathroom also has a glass enclosed shower with a single vanity.

~ There is a private heated pool at the home along with a neighborhood pool within walking distance of the home. There are gorgeous views of the golf course from the back of the home that can be viewed from the pool and lanai, family room and kitchen as well as from the main bedroom. The pool faces northeast.

Spanish Wells has a public golf course and rates and tee times vary with the seasons. Please visit the Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club website for more information. Additionally there are miles of private roads to walk on throughout Spanish Wells and the community is within walking distance of the Sunshine Plaza that has Zorba's Greek and Mediterranean food, Smash Fitness Gym, The Stage Restaurant and Dinner Theater and the new Bonita Beach Balloon Bar and Grill.

Bonita Beach is located less then 4 miles from the main entrance of Spanish Wells off of Bonita Beach Road. You won't be able to find a better location that includes such privacy and a wonderful community then Marbella of Spanish Wells.

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

Please note that this home does have a garage however the owner of the home parks a car in this space so guests will have to use the driveway to park. Guests can walk through the garage and access beach chairs, bikes, pool toys, etc. This home does NOT have any membership for any of the onsite amenities.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Bonita Springs, Fl is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is a quick 25 minute drive from the home!

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received.
