Bonita Beach wonder

We stayed with our daughter and son-in-law and five month old daughter. It was a beautiful and memorable experience that we will never forget. The house was perfect for our needs.

Lovely SWF month!

This property was lovely! Updated and decorated nicely. Everything we could have needed for the month's stay was at our fingeer tips. The pool was wonderful - heated nicely so we could use it in January. We did not want to leave - and that's always a sign of a great stay!

Spanish Moss house

The house is spacious, well equipped and is clean inside. The agent responded promptly to our few questions. The gated community in which it is located was great. The children loved all of the pool toys.

No in the contract it said we have full use of the garage. Not the case the owners had their car parked in there. She said they hadn’t updated their description of the house, right? Very uncomfortable furniture I don’t understand why people don’t have recliners. also. The pool was very nice, but the railing going into the pool was broken that needs to be fixed.

Lovely home and beautiful pool area

Everything was lovely. My only recommendation would be to clean the pool area more extensively. There were many ants, spiders and worms in the pool area which is beautiful but could have been perhaps sprayed a couple of days before our arrival. Since we are returning to the same home in February, 2021, I am hopeful that this area will have been exterminated prior to our arrival. Also perhaps some pads for the outdoor seating might make it more comfortable. Otherwise, it is a beautiful home and outdoor area which we enjoyed very much.

Loved the place but no credit for only 1/2 stay!

The property was lovely in a beautiful community. However, We tried multiple times to contact Mike Z rentals about leaving during the pandemic. Our state, Ohio, was the first to start quarantine rules. No reply from all 3 managers I reached out to. We paid a very high amount for a month and only stayed two weeks. No response or reply from Mike Z rentals on a refund or credit. Really poor leadership during a pandemic.

Karen, I'm sorry you disagree with our policy on early departures during this time. I have a chain of emails back and forth with you on the subject so to say you received no reply is unethical of you. We have processed 25+ cancellations with full refund for future guests, much more than many other companies & owners are doing. As I said in a previous email, I believe you made the right decision to leave early to protect your family and we wish you the absolute best.
