** beach directly in front of apartment has very soft sand due to the mangroves surrounding it. Ok to use for kayak access. Water shoes are recommended.

** due to being located inside a nature preserve surrounded by salt flats and mangroves, there may be an odor depending on the time of year, weather and time of day.
