Condo was fine for the location. This is not on ground level, it's above the garages. When I walked in the smell of bleach was very strong.This condo has a lot of furniture. We had to move things around. Lots of seating and desks. Master Bed was so hard, other beds comfy. Fans were dirty and no way to clean them. Kitchen equipped pretty well. Main large burner only works on high. Needed more towels and wash rags and they never arrived. Communication was great. Worked out for what we needed for a few days

There were ants everywhere, alive and dead. Ants got unto our food which we had to discard. There were ants in my daughter's bed which bit her during the night. Ant traps on the kitchen counters. There was a washcloth with brown stains in the clean stack in the master bath (gross). Don't expect to use your parking spot in the garage if your vehicle is near 6' 4" or above. Parking has low ceiling. We had to park across the street in the pay lot eaxh day. The 24hr spots were occupied by the same vans the entire weekend even though the property managers indicate they must be moved every 24 hrs. This was not enforced. There is no air conditioning. I could only imagine what its like in the summer. This unit is right next to a very busy street with lots of noise (traffic, stereos, people yelling,.trash trucks, delivery trucks, and landscapers to name a few). We have stayed in several rentals in this area and will never stay here again. You are better off staying somewhere else. When we presented the issues to the host we received apologies not action. Who wants to be disturbed with another pest control visit and delivery of new towels. We should have been offered another unit. The only good thing was the gym and proximity to the beach.
