Delightful townhome near downtown and adjacent to Vasquez Creek. The main has fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar for 4 and separate dining area for 6 and an open-concept design with the living area with gas fireplace, smart television, access to one of the three patios in the home, and half bathroom. There are four bedrooms on three different levels of the townhome and four bathrooms. Additional amenities include a mudroom, washer and dryer, outdoor parking accommodating for up to two vehicles with designated spots, and an outdoor fire pit.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
