is tucked away in a quiet island neighborhood in the heart of Fripp. It's perfect for family vacations, couples' getaways, or a relaxing fall escape.

YOUR STAY INCLUDES

**Owner's golf cart at NO additional charge** — explore the island, head to the beach, visit the pools, or simply cruise around and enjoy the scenery.

**Private neighborhood pool just steps from the house** — a wonderful alternative to the larger resort pools.

**One of the best crabbing docks on Fripp!** Our private neighborhood crab dock is only steps away. Bring your crab traps and see what you can catch for dinner!

**Pet friendly** — your family pet is welcome with a $100 pet fee.

**Linens included** — bedding, pillows, sheets and bath towels are provided. Guests should bring their own beach towels.

### Why We Chose Fripp Island

There’s something special about Fripp Island that’s hard to explain until you experience it. We chose Fripp because it feels like a true escape — beautiful beaches, incredible wildlife, quiet roads and a relaxed pace that makes you slow down and enjoy being together.

What we especially loved was that Fripp never felt like an overly commercial beach destination. You can spend the morning on the beach, ride the golf cart around the island, watch the deer wander by, go crabbing, play a round of golf or simply sit outside and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It’s the kind of place where some of the best memories come from doing very little at all.

We chose **our particular neighborhood** because it offers an even quieter little retreat within Fripp. Traffic is minimal, so kids can ride their bikes and explore, and the neighborhood pool, playground and private crabbing dock are all just steps from the house. We loved having these amenities so close without always having to head to the busier resort areas.

For us, the house has always been about more than having a place at the beach. We wanted a comfortable home where family and friends could gather, relax and make memories together.

After all these years, that is still what we love most about Fripp — **it feels tucked away from the rest of the world, yet there is always something to do when you want it.**
