Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Blue bins are only for recycling. If regular trash is found in the recycling bins, there will be an additional $100 charge.
This is a no smoking property. $500 charge for additional cleaning. No parties or events . Unauthorized parties/events will be charged $1500.
Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be kenneled if in the house alone. If pet hair is found on furniture a $100 cleaning fee will be issued.
