There is very comfortable queen blow up matters in one of the master suites. Along with 2 guest bedrooms featuring queen over queen bunk beds in each room with a roll out single bed in each guest room. The 3rd bathroom is accessible through the house as well as from the pool area. The House is perfect for families or groups of friends. With 3 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers, tubs, and showers, guests can freshen up after a day of exploring. Enjoy the serene surroundings and modern amenities like WiFi and AC. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house. Sleeps 12.Close to downtown Naples. Enjoy a beach vacation with great dinning and all Naples has to offer. Erick was an excellent, responsive host. The property was easy to access, clean, and as pictured. We enjoyed the heated pool. This was a perfect space for a family of seven in town for a weekend wedding.

The home was comfortable and big enough for our family vacation. Had elderly parents with and the accessibility was great. Shower was easy for them to use and nice to have everything on one level. Pool was great! The owners were quick to respond! We also had young adult children with us on our stay and the space was good. The pool was great for them as well! Home was clean and comfortable.

Property was great, clean and the pool was awesome. Never saw a way to increase the temperature but it was still good at 82 degrees. I would suggest adding some hand towels to the linens and 2 rolls of extra TP to each bathroom. We bought some & left it behind. Six women go through a lot of TP and the open rolls in 2 of the bathrooms were exceptionally low with only 1 backup. The portable crib worked out great too. Thanks for such a great experience.

Thank you for the suggestions. The heater for the pool is right outside the lanai. Sorry I didn’t explain how to turn it up,I will have to leave instructions for future guest. Thank you for leaving the house in great shape.

Clean with Convenient Freeway Access to I-75

This newly redone house met all our needs for our family gathering in Naples. It has 4 separate bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have bunkbeds and no ceiling fans, the other two have very comfortable Kasper type foam mattresses and ceiling fans. The bedrooms with the bunk beds are a bit warmer since they don't have ceiling fans, but the central AC keeps most of the house petty cool, though it will need to run 24/7 to be comfortable in the summer months. There is some road noise since the home is adjacent to a major 4 lane roadway, but it is relatively quiet at night when traffic dies down. We'd stay here again.
