We had an issue with roaches in the kitchen area around sink and stove on both nights staying there. It appears the host was trying to treat it with Diatomaceous Earth (a white powder around the area), but there was activity both nights. In the main bath, there was only one hand towel and no washcloths. In the kitchen for my party of 4 people, there were only three bowls available for a house that possibly could have 6 guests. Also, the house is advertised with two parking spaces with marked house numbers, but there was a black pickup truck parked there in one of the spots the whole time we were there. Fortunately, I only need one space since I traveled together with the other couple.

Hi there! Thank you for sharing this feedback. I’m truly sorry for the issues you experienced. I’m already working to address everything you mentioned, including pest treatment in the kitchen, adding more towels and washcloths, ensuring enough dishes for larger groups, and making sure the parking spots are clearly available for guests only. I really wish you had let me know during your stay as I would have taken care of each of these items right away so you could be more comfortable. My goal is always to make sure guests have a great experience, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention so I can make things better going forward.
